The firm assisted the National Headquarters of Big Brothers / Big Sisters of America in the restoration of their historic, 1948 Moderne building, built as the Warner Brothers Film Showcase.
Essentially un-renovated for 15 years, we completed a total of eight projects throughout the site and building including: restoration of the black marble lobby and stainless steel accented stair; new conference/training rooms; Second Floor workstations and offices; a staff lounge; a new elevator; and exterior facade restoration with monumental stainless steel signage.
